Rivendale Communities: Avignon Garden Apartments

Located in rural Northwest Santa Rosa the Avignon community currently features 17 three-unit apartment buildings.  Each building features three garden apartments each with two split-level 3 bedroom 2.5 bath residences with a two-car garage and one single-level 2 bedroom 2 bath residence with a single car garage.  Each residence features a fenced garden backyard or a large front deck.  A handicap accessible lower level residence is featured in unit A or B of each building and varies by lot.
