Rivendale's Warranty Department will call within five (5) days of receipt of this request to schedule an appointment or you will be contacted by the appropriate sub-contractor who will be performing the work. Our normal working hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. If you are unable to keep the arranged appointment, please contact Rivendale Homes Warranty Department.
